In Pakistan, women often remain seen as the subjects of their menfolk, to be defiled by their rivals, or killed to maintain family honour.
According to Sharia law in Pakistan rape is the woman's fault and therefore she is punished if she dare to complain.
Under Sharia law a woman is considered half of a man, and in Shari'a court she will not receive the right to self-defense without at least 2 male witnesses who support her testimony, so often victims of rape are stoned to death or hang in public after failing to defend themselves in Shari'a court against charges of adultery.
Shari'a laws are a set of laws that are based on the life of Prophet Muhammad.

Shari'a is not just a law but a way of life, ideology and political movement, according to the Sharia laws:
– There is no freedom of religion or freedom of speech.
– There is no equality between people (the non-Muslim is not equal to the Muslim).
– There are no equal rights for men and women.
– There is no democracy or a separation between religion and state politics.
Child marriage, forced marriage, Child brides, polygamy, FGM, Acid attacks, honor killings, beheading and stoning.
Sharia has no place in the civilized world.

An estimated 12 million girls under 18 are married each year. Girls who marry before they turn 18 are less likely to remain in school and more likely to experience domestic violence. Everything possible must be done to protect these vulnerable children.

Under Sharia law girls can marry at the age of 6, just like the Prophet Muhammad from the Koran did when he married Aisha. Muhammad consummated his marriage with Aisha when she was nine.

Here is a proof quote from the Islamic scriptures (Hadiths) that Muslims consider authentic record that Muhammad’s favorite wife, Aisha, was six when Muhammad wedded her and nine when he consummated the marriage:

“The Prophet wrote the (marriage contract) with Aisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death)” (Bukhari 7.62.88).
